   The Commission on Sentencing is giving notice that the following dates have been established for upcoming meetings in the year 2005:

   Public Hearing for Guideline Revisions:

Tuesday, February 8, 2005, 4 p.m.

   Quarterly Commission Meetings:

February 8 and 9 (Tuesday and Wednesday)

August 23 and 24 (Tuesday and Wednesday)

December 13 and 14 (Tuesday and Wednesday)

   Tuesday evening dinner/work sessions are scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the work session beginning at 7:30 p.m. All regular quarterly Commission meetings are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday mornings.
