   By this notice, published under 55 Pa. Code § 1187.21a(e)(4) (relating to nursing facility exception requests--statement of policy), the Department of Public Welfare (Department) announces the 2005 Group One Exception Requests covering the submission period of January 1, 2005, through June 30, 2005.
