Agreement to Enforce the Provisions of Act 50 of 2005

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 12 of the act of July 14, 2005 (P. L. 285, No. 50) (Act 50), gives notice that the agreement between the Department and the Philadelphia Parking Authority to enforce the provisions of 75 Pa.C.S. § 1379 (relating to suspension of registration upon sixth unpaid parking violation in cities of the first class), required by section 11 of Act 50, has been executed.
