   A-213550F0021, A-213550F0022 and U-00065267. The York Water Company. Application of The York Water Company for approval of: 1) the right of The York Water Company to enter into a municipal contract to acquire certain public water facilities from Abbottstown Municipal Authority; 2) the right to offer or furnish water service to the public in the Borough of Abbottstown, Adams County; and 3) the right to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in additional portions of Jackson and Paradise Townships, York County and portions of Berwick, Oxford and Hamilton Townships, Adams County.

   Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before March 27, 2006. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.
