[36 Pa.B. 1494] Notice is hereby given that Ross M. Cellino, Jr., having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of six months by Order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, entered June 10, 2005, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated March 15, 2006, suspending Ross M. Cellino, Jr., from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of six months. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
