Fees for Copies

   The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, under 58 Pa. Code § 407.2 (relating to minutes of public meeting and annual report), has adopted a fee schedule for copies of Board minutes or annual reports requested by the public.

   Requests for copies of documents should be made to Paul Resch, Board Secretary, (717) 214-2436.

   Payment for copies shall be by check or money order made out to the ''Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.'' Cash will not be accepted by the Board.
