Sale of Land No Longer Required for Transportation; Berks County SR 0222, Section 003

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel is square shape, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of SR 724 (Shillington Road) and Morgan Drive, between stations 13 + 36 and 14 + 86 in Spring Township, Berks County. The parcel is approximately .63 acre. The sale of the property is in an as is condition. Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the parcel within 30 calendar days from this notice.
