[Saturday, October 14, 2006]The Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee published a proposed amendment to Pennsylvania Rule of Appellate Procedure 1925 at 36 Pa.B. 5967 (September 30, 2006). The heading of proposed subsection (d) was reflected incorrectly. The correct version of subsection (d) is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the rule.
