Renumbering of Statements of Policy

[Saturday, May 5, 2007]The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), has adopted the following statements of policy:
Chapter 436a. Use of funds allocated to horsemen's organizations.
Chapter 461a. Technical standards.
Chapter 466a. Technical standards.
As the Board adopts permanent regulations to replace its temporary regulations, the permanent regulations will be numbered using the format ''###a.''
To avoid confusion between the permanent regulations and the current statements of policy, the statement of policy chapters will be renumbered as shown in the following table:
