This project issues on January 12, 2007 and bids will be opened on February 8, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Bid documents cost $10.00 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by P.L. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, ''The Surface Mining Control Act of 1977,'' and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
