[Saturday, July 7, 07]Clarion University of PA will accept bids for Project CL-636, West End Pond Renovation at Venango Campus of Clarion University, Oil City, PA until 2 p.m. on July 30, 2007, at Thorn II Building (beside Public Safety), Clarion University, 840 Wood Street, Clarion, PA 16214.
The bid documents are available for a nonrefundable fee of $80. Please send check payable to Herbert Rowland & Grubic to the following address: Accu-Copy Reprographics, Inc., 108 Marshall Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086, (724) 935-7055.
A prebid meeting will be held at 10 a.m., July 16, 2007, at Frame Hall, Venango Campus, Oil City, PA. Directions to campus are available on the following University website www.clarion.edu/admiss/find_us.shtml. The prebid meeting will be the only site visit conducted by the University and the only review of plans and specifications. Contractors are urged to attend. Estimated cost is $ 750,000.
Work will be done during a period when the surrounding structures are occupied. All work will be done under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Laws.
