   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #OR-06-278, Dated November 21, 2006. Approval to reorganize the Bureau of Workforce Development Partnership by moving the human resource and staff development training functions from the Division of Workforce Partnership to the Director's Office; and moving the financial, fiscal, budget and procurement functions from the Division of Workforce Partnership to the Division of Workforce Programs.

   Resolution #OR-06-311, Dated November 28, 2006. Authorizes the reorganization of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources by establishing the Deputy Secretary for Parks and Forestry; moving the Bureau of Facility Design and Construction from the Deputy Secretary for Conservation and Engineering Services to the proposed Deputy Secretary for Parks and Forestry; and renaming the Deputy Secretary for Conservation and Engineering Services to the Deputy Secretary for Conservation and Technical Services.
