[Saturday, October 6, 2007]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by The Sarah Heinz House, seeking to lease highway right-of-way located along SR 0028, at the corner of Chestnut Street, in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, containing 12,188 +/- square feet or 0.28 +/- acre, for the purpose of landscaping and parking.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to H. Daniel Cessna, P. E., District Executive, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
