Prevailing Wage; Petitions to Intervene

[Saturday, February 3, 2007]A hearing in the matter of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance v. Worth & Company, Inc. (Doc. No. PW-2005-614) is scheduled to resume on March 12, 2007, beginning at 9 a.m. and on March 13, 2007 through March 16, 2007, and March 19, 2007, through March 20, 2007, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the Labor and Industry Building, First Floor, Room E-100, 7th and Forster Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
Persons claiming a right to intervene or an interest of such nature that intervention is necessary or appropriate to the administration of the Prevailing Wage Act (43 P. S. §§ 165-1--165-17), must file a petition to intervene under 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.27--35.32 (relating to intervention) by 5 p.m. on February 13, 2007.
Petitions to intervene shall be filed with Jackie Wiest Lutz, Hearing Officer, Department of Labor and Industry, 901 N. 7th Street, 3rd Floor North, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Copies of all Petitions to Intervene shall be served on counsel of record as follows:
