   On November 6, 2007, Robert F. Singer, Jr., license no. MV-202548, of New London, Chester County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dated October 29, 2007, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. §  4355 (relating to denial or suspesion of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the order by writing to Gerald S. Smith, Senior Counsel in Charge, State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
