Amendment of Rule 117; Rules of Criminal Procedure

[Saturday, January 12, 2008]And Now, to wit, this 20th day of December, 2007 and effective thirty (30) days after the date of its publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, it is hereby Ordered that Paragraph C of Erie County Rule of Criminal Procedure 117, Magisterial District Judge Coverage for Issuing Warrants; Preliminary Arraignments and Summary Trials; and Setting and Accepting Bail, is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
. Regular business hours for each Magisterial District Judge Office shall be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.All remaining provisions of Rule 117 shall remain in full force and effect.
