   3.  Prize Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Roulette instant lottery game ticket will contain one ''Prize'' area. The prize symbols and their captions located in the ''Prize'' area are: $0.00 (ZERO DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN) and $250 (TWOHUNFTY).

   5.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 30,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Roulette instant lottery game.

   6.  The Methods for the Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  By scratching the ''Prize'' area the player can determine if the ticket is a winning ticket, and if so the amount won:

   (1)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $250 (TWOHUNFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $250.

   (2)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (3)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (4)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $40$ (FORTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (5)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (6)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (7)  Holders of tickets upon which a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (b)  That same ticket may be inserted in a supplied Lottery hand held device which reads the ticket and displays at least ten separate plays. Each play is a graphic representation of one play of the game of roulette. Winning plays result in the accumulation of points. The instant ticket determines the prize level as displayed in the ''Prize'' area and the hand held device's microprocessor randomizes the appropriate play sequence to reflect the prize amount shown on the ticket. The bet types available, points awarded for winning that bet type and corresponding prize amount are displayed in the table below. In the case of a conflict, between the prize amount in the ''Prize'' area and the prize as determined by the hand held device, the prize amount in the ''Prize'' area shall be the amount won.
