Sale of Land No Longer Required for Transportation

   The Department of Transportation (Department) under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The parcel is rectangular in shape, located in the southwest quadrant of Hamilton Boulevard and Weiler's Road in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County. The parcel is approximately 1.032 acres. The sale of the property is in an as is condition.
