   Sealed Bids for the demolition and removal of the following property located at 10 Colonial Drive, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 will be accepted by the Department of Transportation, 715 Jordan Avenue, Montoursville, PA 17754 until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. An inspection of the property will be held from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2008. Directions: Take Route 15 south to Shamokin Dam. Turn right on Park Road (Cindy Rowe Auto Glass). Go 1 mile and make a sharp right onto Fisher Road just past the old 1 room school house. Take the first left (Colonial Drive). The house is the 5th house on the left. Parcel No. 50, Claim No. 5400081000, 1,693 square foot, two story frame home with a 20` by 22` garage. Prequalification of bidders is not required on bids under $25,000.
