   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:

Chester County, Wine & Spirits Store #1517, (Relocation), Wayne, PA

Lease expiration date:  April 30, 2009

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 7,000 to 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 1 mile radius from the intersection of West Lancaster Avenue and Berkley Road, Tredyffrin Township, Wayne, PA.

Proposals due:  May 1, 2009, at 12 p.m.
