Health Research Advisory Committee; Public Meeting

 The Health Research Advisory Committee (Committee) of the Department of Health (Department) will hold a public meeting on February 8, 2010, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Bureau of Health Statistics and Research, Forum Place Building, 555 Walnut Street, 6th Floor, Harrisburg, PA.

 The primary aim for the meeting is to discuss the scope of research activities the Committee can consider for future nonformula funding priorities and to discuss whether activities being conducted by life sciences companies could qualify for consideration.

 This meeting is open to the public. No reservations are required to attend the meeting. The meeting is not a public hearing and, therefore, public testimony or comments, or both, are not part of the meeting agenda.
