 OSM 33(1389)101.1, Abandoned Mine Land Reclamation Project, Harvey's Run North, Washington Township, Jefferson County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization; 196,225 cubic yards of grading; 15,000 square yards of erosion control mulch blanket; 180 square yards of r-5 rock lining with filter material and 14.9 acres of seeding. This project issues on April 9, 2010, and bids will be opened on May 6, 2010, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
