[Saturday, July 9, 2011]On March 24, 2011, Coleen M. Brown, license no. RS79251, of Sicklerville, NJ, had her license revoked based on her making a substantial misrepresentation, knowingly being a party to a material false or inaccurate representation in a writing regarding a real estate transaction in which she acted in a representative capacity, failing to deal in honesty and good faith, failing to ensure that her services were provided in a reasonable, professional and competent manner, demonstrating conduct in a real estate transaction which demonstrated bad faith, dishonesty, untrustworthiness or incompetency.

This final order represents the State Real Estate Commission's (Commission) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commission with a copy of their petition for review. The Commission contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
