 A-2011-2264538. UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc. Amended application of UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc. for approval to offer, render, furnish or supply gas utility service to the public in the additional territories of Grugan and Wayne Townships, Clinton County; Jessup Borough, Lackawanna County; Dingman Township, Pike County; Lewis Township, Union County; and Clinton Township, Wayne County.

 This amended application removes Crawford Township, Clinton County and Limestone Township, Montour County from the original application.

 Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before November 1, 2011. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, on the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's web site at www.puc.state.pa.us, and at the applicant's business address.
