Appeal of Mark Imhof under The Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law; Catastrophic Loss Benefits Continuation Fund; Doc. No. CF11-01-016

 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for March 29, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before March 25, 2011. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing telephone conference.

 Motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before March 14, 2011, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before March 28, 2011.

 Persons with a disability who wish to attend the previously-referenced administrative hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the hearing should contact Donna R. Fleischauer, Human Resources Director, (717) 705-4194.
