 On January 10, 2012, Jermaine Maurice Lewis, license no. MV218163 of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated December 6, 2011, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
