 The Legislative Reference Bureau has been informed that the County of Lancaster, under section 210(3)(ii) of The County Code (16 P. S. § 210(3)(ii)), as added by the act of December 22, 2011 (P. L. 610, No.132), by Resolution 86 of 2011, elected to remain a Third Class County.
