 The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new sites:

Centre County, Wine & Spirits Store #1407 (Relocation), Bellefonte, PA

Lease expiration date: May 31, 2016

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,000 to 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space serving Bellefonte, PA. The storeroom should have access to free parking and be able to accommodate tractor trailer deliveries.

Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 4,500 to 5,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along Buffalo Road (US Route 20) in Harborcreek Township. Storeroom should have access to free parking and be able to accommodate tractor trailer deliveries.
