 On July 24, 2012, Nicole Bogart Jestine, LPN, license no. PN258958L, of Wapwallopen, Luzerne County, was indefinitely suspended retroactive to March 22, 2012, based on findings that she is unable to practice professional nursing with reasonable skill and safety.
