Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 12,000 to 15,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within a 0.25-mile radius of City and Bryn Mawr Avenues, Lower Merion Township, Bala Cynwyd, PA

Proposals due: January 4, 2013, at 12 p.m.
