Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company; Homeowners; Rate Revision

[Saturday, March 3, 2012]On February 3, 2012, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change for homeowners insurance.
Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company requests an overall 7.0% increase amounting to $7,542,800 to be effective on July 14, 2012. This overall figure represents an average; the effect of this filing on the rates for individual consumers may vary.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to April 3, 2012, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
