 On October 9, 2012, Chrystal Dawn Walters, license no. PN268295, of Clarksville, Washington County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County dated September 18, 2012, which the Court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
