[43 Pa.B. 1504]
[Saturday, March 16, 2013]The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) issued a final General Plan Approval and/or General Operating Permit (BAQ-GPA/GP-5) for Natural Gas Compression and/or Processing Facilities on February 1, 2013, that establishes emission limitations and other applicable Federal and State requirements including Best Available Technology requirements.
The notice of availability of Final General Plan Approval and/or General Operating Permit for Natural Gas Compression and/or Processing Facilities (BAQ-GPA/GP-5) was published at 43 Pa.B. 740 (February 2, 2013).
The Department found and corrected a minor typographical error on page 13 Section B, item 1 in the final BAQ-GPA/GP-5 as follows:
''Condition 1(b)'' replaced with ''Condition 1(a) or 1(b).'' This minor correction does not change any of the substantive requirements under GP-5 and relates only to grandfathered sources under the previous GP-5.
The corrected version of final BAQ-GPA/GP-5 was posted on the Department's web site on February 26, 2013.
