 A prehearing telephone conference initiated by the Insurance Department office is scheduled for March 19, 2013, at 10 a.m. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before March 15, 2013. A date for a hearing shall be determined, if necessary, at the prehearing telephone conference.
