 This hearing is being conducted for proceedings resulting from an Order of Remand from the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County dated June 15, 2012, in accordance with the Opinion and Order of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania filed December 7, 2011, concerning Doc. Nos. 2265 C.D. 2010, 2266 C.D. 2010 and 2267 C.D. 2010. The final date to file petitions or notices to intervene is July 31, 2013.

 Persons with a disability who wish to attend the hearing should contact the Office of Open Records (OOR) to make arrangements for their special needs. Call the OOR at least 5 business days prior to the hearing to submit a request.
