 A prereview telephone conference initiated by this office is scheduled for October 23, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. A review of the agency contract termination is scheduled for November 6, 2013, at 9:30 a.m.

 Motions preliminary to those at the review, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before October 8, 2013, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before October 22, 2013.

 Persons with a disability who wish to attend the previously-referenced administrative review and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the review should contact Donna R. Fleischauer, Human Resources Director at (717) 705-4194.
