 On July 26, 2013, Christopher Zimmermann, license no. RS211316L, of Center Valley, Lehigh County, was suspended for failing to pay a previously imposed civil penalty.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the order by writing to Juan A. Ruiz, Commission Counsel, State Real Estate Commission, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

 This final order represents the State Real Estate Commission's (Commission) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Commis- sion with a copy of their petition for review. The Commis- sion contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Commission counsel.
