Appeal of The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania under the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error (MCARE) Act (40 P. S. §§ 1303.101—1303.910);
Doc. No. MM13-11-002

 And Now, this 4th day of November 2013, considering the petition of appeal from the 2014 MCARE assessment filed by The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania, the MCARE Fund shall answer the petition of appeal on or before December 4, 2013.

 Petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed on or before December 4, 2013, with the Hearings Administrator, Administrative Hearings Office, Capitol Associates Building, Room 200, 901 North Seventh Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102. Answer to petitions to intervene, if any, shall be filed on or before December 13, 2013.

 A telephone conference initiated by the Administrative Hearings Office will be held on December 19, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. The telephone conference will include the parties in this case and in the appeal filed to Doc. No. MM13-11-001. Each party shall provide the Hearings Administrator a telephone number to be used for the telephone conference on or before December 13, 2013. The parties should be prepared to discuss issues concerning the possible consolidation of this appeal with Doc. No. MM13-11-001 or previous years' appeals, or both, as well as the possible stay of this action.
