Electronic Recording Commission; Public Meeting

 Public notice is hereby given of the meeting of the Electronic Recording Commission (Commission) established under Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (act) (21 P. S. §§ 483.1—483.9). The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 2 p.m. in Room 303, North Office Building, 401 North Street, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of the meeting will be for the Commission to continue consideration of regulations to implement the act.
