 On December 12, 2012, Cars and SUV Outlet 2, LLC and Michael Frost, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, license nos. MV065569L and VD028261 were revoked and assessed a civil penalty for $29,000 because they engaged in conduct in connection with the sale of vehicles which demonstrates unprofessional conduct or incompetency.
