 The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (Department) is soliciting bids for the following projects. Bid documents can be obtained from the Administrative Services Section, Bureau of Facility Design and Construction at (717) 787-5055:

 FDC-300-7199.1—General Construction, Renovations to Region #3 Office, Shawnee State Park. Work included under this contract consists of the general construction for renovations of the existing office building to provide improved accessibility for the Department's personnel.

 Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from the Department of General Services (DGS).

 FDC-300-7199.2—HVAC Construction, Renovations to Region #3 Office, Shawnee State Park. Work included under this contract consists of the HVAC construction for renovations of the existing office building to provide improved accessibility for the Department's personnel.

 Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from DGS.

 FDC-300-7199.3—Plumbing Construction, Renovations to Region #3 Office, Shawnee State Park. Work included under this contract consists of plumbing construction for renovations of the existing office building to provide improved accessibility for the Department's personnel.

 Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from DGS.

 FDC-300-7199.4—Electrical Construction, Renovations to Region #3 Office, Shawnee State Park. Work included under this contract consists of the electrical construction for renovations of the existing office building to provide improved accessibility for the Department's personnel.

 Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from DGS.

 Bid documents will be available on or after September 10, 2014. The bid opening will be held on October 9, 2014.
