 This is to advise all interested parties that the notice published at 45 Pa.B. 120 (January 3, 2015) concerning the application of Talk America contains an error in the caption. The applicant/joint applicant was incorrectly identified as Talk America, LLC. The correct identity of the applicant/joint applicant is Talk America, Inc. Following is the correct caption:

 A-2014-2459152. Talk America, Inc. Application of Talk America, Inc. for approval of its Conversion, through Merger, to a Delaware Limited Liability Company.
