 At its June 11, 2015, public meeting, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) adopted the 2016 Total Resource Cost (TRC) Test Order. The 2016 TRC Test is to be used in Phase III of the Act 129 Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program, under the Commission's Phase III Implementation Order.1 The TRC Test Order is on the Commission's web site at http://www.puc.pa.gov/pcdocs/1367195.docx.
