Aggregate Advisory Board; Regulatory, Legislative and Technical Subcommittee Meeting

 The Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) Aggregate Advisory Board's Regulatory, Legislative and Technical Subcommittee will meet on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at 8 a.m. in the 8th Floor Conference Room, Rachel Carson State Office Building, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss changes to 25 Pa. Code Chapter 77 regulations (relating to noncoal mining), regarding noncoal fees and other related matters.
