Removal of Exclusive Use Fishing Area

 The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes—exclusive use fishing areas), removes the designation of Deep Creek, Schuylkill County, as being for the exclusive use of children. The removal will go into effect upon publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
