[Saturday, June 4, 2016]On April 14, 2016, the State Real Estate Commission assessed a $4,000 civil penalty and revoked the license of Curtis R. Eakman, license no. LS214195, last known of Dawson, Fayette County, for being convicted of felonies, namely theft by deception and deceptive and fraudulent business practices.
