 The Department of General Services (Department) will accept bids for the purchase of the former New Castle Youth Development Center, consisting of 143.34 ± acres of land and 13 buildings totaling 236,444 ± square feet, located at 1745 Frew Mill Road, New Castle, Shenango Township, Lawrence County. Bids are due Wednesday, March 22, 2017.
