Indefinite Suspension of the License of Gregg Stewart Rothstein; Doc. No. 1447-46-16; File No. 16-46-05789

 On November 8, 2016, the State Board of Dentistry (Board) indefinitely suspended, retroactive to August 4, 2016, the license of Gregg Stewart Rothstein, license no. DS035130, last known of Richboro, Bucks County, and ordered him to pay $525 for costs incurred by the Commonwealth for the failure to attend the required mental/physical examination.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Kerry E. Maloney, Board Counsel, State Board of Dentistry, P.O. Box 69523, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9523.

 This adjudication and order represents the Board final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
