Arrington, RN, Pennsylvania license No. RN329180L, of Buffalo, NY, was indefinitely suspended and assessed a $500 civil penalty based on disciplinary actions taken by another state, failure to report same to the State Board of Nursing (Board) and having been convicted, or entered a plea of guilty, or entered a plea of nolo contendere, or has been found guilty by a judge or jury of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude, or has received probation without verdict, disposition instead of trial or an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition in the disposition of felony charges, in the courts of this Commonwealth, the United States or any other state, territory, possession or country.

This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
