State Employees' Retirement Board Vacancy

 In accordance with section 416 of the act of June 12, 2017 (P.L. 11, No. 5) notification is given that Michael V. Puppio, Jr. resigned from the State Employees' Retirement Board (Board) on September 8, 2017. Michael V. Puppio, Jr. was not an annuitant of the State Employees' Retirement System. Michael V. Puppio, Jr.'s resignation creates a vacancy on the Board that will be filled by the Secretary of Banking and Securities, ex officio. See 71 Pa.C.S. § 5901(a) (relating to The State Employees' Retirement Board).
